We spent my birthday at Polly's house, playing with our great nephews, and then took a couple of days driving up the coast and camping at Big Sur. We were expecting it to be foggy and cool, but we were pleasantly surprised with the warm, sunny weather. We had a great time visiting artist studios and watching the elephant seals.
